Refund Policy

FBD Bot subscriptions are generally non-refundable. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to the Service including the software download and API key. Because the software is delivered digitally upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused subscription time.
2. Exceptions
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: If the Service was completely non-functional for more than 48 continuous hours during your subscription period due to an issue on our end, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.
- First-time subscriber issues: If you are a first-time subscriber and were unable to get the software functioning within 7 days despite following the setup guide and contacting support, you may request a refund. This is evaluated case by case.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us via the support chat within your account or via the contact page. Include your account email and a description of the issue. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the charge in question.
Refunds are processed through FastSpring and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method and bank.
4. Cancellation vs. Refund
Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current period's charge.
To cancel, use the FastSpring billing portal accessible from your Account or Billing page. You may also contact support and we will cancel on your behalf.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will result in immediate termination of your account and may affect your ability to subscribe in the future. We encourage you to contact support first — we are responsive and want to resolve issues fairly.
6. Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy. Changes apply to subscriptions initiated after the effective date of the updated policy.
