Account and subscription information: Email, password-verification data, product entitlements, licensed account slots, subscription identifiers, and settings needed to provide Customer Hub access. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes where password authentication is used.
Payment information: Stripe handles payment card details. FBDBot receives the payment and subscription status and related billing records needed to administer purchases, invoices, and entitlements; we do not store full payment-card credentials.
Website analytics: The website uses analytics services, including PostHog as described in the existing policy, which may process page activity and product-use events. The precise event inventory, identifiers, and cookie behavior must be verified against the deployed configuration before publication.
Support communications: Support conversations, email addresses, and relevant account/subscription context may be processed by support tools, including Crisp where enabled.
Technical and product data: Security logs, connection diagnostics, license state, software version, product configuration, and trading-related operational events or permitted signal-source activity may be processed as required by enabled features. Some information remains in local software rather than being stored on FBDBot servers. The exact fields and retention depend on the product and must be verified against deployed systems.

4. Third-Party Services
Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing and subscription management. Stripe handles all card data and has its own privacy policy and security certifications (PCI DSS Level 1).
PostHog (posthog.com) — product analytics. Data is anonymous and aggregated. PostHog has its own privacy policy.
Crisp (crisp.chat) — customer support chat. Conversations are stored on Crisp's servers. Crisp has its own privacy policy.
Neon — database hosting. Your account data is stored in Neon-managed PostgreSQL. Neon has its own privacy policy and security certifications.
Vercel — website hosting. Vercel processes requests and may log access data. Vercel has its own privacy policy.
Anthropic Claude API — used server-side to evaluate trade setups. Trade setup data (price levels, bar data) is sent to Anthropic's API. No personally identifiable information is included in these API calls.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Audit logs may be retained for up to one year for compliance purposes. Payment records may be retained longer as required by law.
6. Your Rights
